SMALL LOTS COMMUNAL LIVING

This project strives to establish a new affordable housing model for skinny sites in New York City. Within four stories, it houses seven small units with one spacious communal living space connected to the backyard garden. A central light well, together with the perforated panel facade, filter light, air, and heat to their optimal performance.
